If your device supports fingerprint or facial recognition, you can set these as your verification methods for ShopeePay. By doing so, you can process ShopeePay transactions more seamlessly without your ShopeePay PIN number. These are the biometric authentication methods supported on ShopeePay:

  For Android devices:

1. Fingerprint authentication

For iOS devices:

1. Touch ID
2. Face ID

Android Device

1. Enable Fingerprint Authentication by selecting ⚙ on the ShopeePay page > enable toggle for Fingerprint Authentication > enter ShopeePay PIN. 

iOS Device

1. Enable Touch ID by selecting ⚙ on the ShopeePay page > enable toggle for Touch ID Authentication > enter ShopeePay PIN. 

2. Enable Face ID by selecting ⚙ on the ShopeePay page > enable toggle for Face ID Authentication > enter ShopeePay PIN. 

⚠️Note

1. To disable, simply select the toggle again and Confirm.
2. If you’re unable to use your fingerprint or face for ShopeePay verification temporarily, such as when you’re wearing gloves or a mask, you can still opt to enter your ShopeePay PIN number during payment.
